Core versus Momentum
I should note at this point that while Weight Watchers has discontinued promoting a "Core" plan, the fact is that many of us will still follow Core principles (especially since the Simply Filling plan highlights former Core food). I will continue to label food as Core for those who wish to follow the plan. For new plan followers, when a food is labeled Core it will contain a high number of Filling Foods.

I get asked by readers if I am being paid to push products. The simple answer is no.
