Fiberlicious 2-point muffins!

Fiberlicious 2-point muffins!

1 box Krusteaz FF Muffin Mix (I like Wild Blueberry)
2 cups Wheat Bran
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 cup Water

Mix it all up. Pour into 12 muffin tins (greased or papered). Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Makes 12 fairly large muffins. They have 6 or 7 grams of fiber each but are uber delish!
